On Our Softer Side...

We may seem all-business when you use TEAPAC or talk to us on the phone or the internet, but there's a softer side to us behind the scenes. Strong Concepts believes strongly in the importance and significance of building stronger individuals and communities through active support of philanthropic endeavors in our own community, the United States, and world-wide. To this end, Strong Concepts actively supports many such efforts with personal time and energy, as well as financial support. Examples of such efforts include:

Career Days, explaining and demonstrating traffic engineering to students in the Northbrook school system.

Arts in Northbrook, a fine arts festival in Northbrook, Illinois.

Public Action to Deliver Shelter (PADS), providing shelter and support services for homeless persons.

Boy Scouts of America (BSA), instilling and developing lifetime values and ethical character in young men.

Heifer International, a unique project delivering animals, plants and training aimed at ending world hunger by developing self-sufficiency and caring for the earth.

Proyecto Abrigo (Project Shelter), building cinder-block homes for needy families outside of Juarez, Mexico.

Costa Rica Mission Projects, building churches and relationships in the southern zone of Costa Rica.

Kenya Kids, helping impoverished children in Kenya.

Christian Children's Fund (CCF), supporting and educating poor children and their families in Indonesia.

International Rett Syndrome Association, providing information, research, support and awareness about Rett syndrome.

National Multiple Sclerosis Society, committed to building a movement by and for the people with MS that will move us closer to a world free of this disease.
