TEAPAC's Complete Seamless Integration...
Complete, 2-Way Seamless Integration Between SIGNAL2000, PRETSPPD, PREPASSR, PRETRANSYT, PRENETSIM & PRESYNCHRO
The latest upgrades to PREPASSR, PRETRANSYT and PRENETSIM bring one-click, seamless integration of their data and program control amongst each other and SIGNAL2000 Ver 2, as well as the two new programs PRETSPPD and PRESYNCHRO.
SIGNAL2000 performs HCM2000 capacity analyses for signalized intersections, with the option for unparalleled optimization of timings and phasings based on HCM delay.
PRENETSIM manages the interface between the easy-to-understand TEAPAC data inputs and the complex inputs required by TSIS/CORSIM 5.1 from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) for simulation and animation of street networks.
PRETRANSYT performs the same function for the TRANSYT-7F Release 9 program which simulates traffic on a signalized network, while also providing a time-proven method for optimizing the coordinated signal timings. Optimized timings can be brought into PRETRANSYT for exchange with other TEAPAC programs.
PREPASSR provides a similar function for the always-popular PASSER-II program, including the latest PASSER II-02 Windows version of PASSER-II. Optimized timings can be brought into PREPASSR for exchange with other TEAPAC programs.
PRETSPPD transfers TEAPAC data to TS/PP-Draft so a realistic flow diagram can be quickly displayed and manipulated to understand the way traffic is really likely to flow on an arterial. Changed timings can be brought into PRETSPPD for exchange with other TEAPAC programs.
PRESYNCRHO transfers TEAPAC data to and from Synchro/SimTraffic so the colorful displays and animations of Synchro can be used to gain insights into a network's operation. Optimized timings can be brought into PRESYNCHRO for exchange with other TEAPAC programs.
These programs easily share their data files and results with each other, including the optimized parameters, so for example, PASSER's optimized offsets can become TRANSYT's starting offsets, and the timing plans generated from either can be easily displayed by TS/PP-Draft or simulated and animated with CORSIM or Synchro/SimTraffic.
These programs have always been able to read the data files of each other and SIGNAL2000 (and SIGNAL97, SIGNAL94 and SIGNAL85), but now the TEAPAC user is only one click away from performing any of the analyses offered by this wide array of traffic analysis software due to the new identical data file structures which offer complete, 2-way seamless integration.
